Cost is around 2,000 pesos a night and after you get settled you can move up or down from there depending on your budget and personal preferences. The least expensive places to stay are called Pension houses and to me are the same as a hotel. Prices range from 500-1,000 pesos a night. The most expensive and nicest hotels in Cebu are mostly located in Lapu-lapu near the airport. Most are on nice beaches and are priced around 5,000 pesos a night.
