STEP IN K1 VISA PROCESSING

  • Filing the K-1 Visa Petition Form I - 129F with the USCIS having jurisdiction over the U.S. Citizen's permanent place of residence. Click here
  • U.S. Citizen who files the petition or his representative will receive Notice of Action by the USCIS.
  • Approved Petition will be forward by the USCIS to the National Visa Center (NVC).
  • National Visa Center forwards the approved petition to the American Embassy in Manila.
  • The Alien fiancee will received Packet 3 from the U.S. Embassy in Manila.
  • The Alien Fiancee will received Packet 4 for prerequisite medical examination before the Visa Interview.
  • The Visa Interview.

Once your fiancee receives her visa it is valid for 90 days for which time you need to marry in the U.S. otherwise your fiancee needs to return to her home country.
